Failure playing back file

Sorry if this is a dupe post - I couldn't get the search to return anything.

Software version: 98.13b

I'm getting this error every so often when I try to play a file GB-PVR recorded: Failure playing back file

I know the file is valid because after a reboot it plays fine.

I looked in the logs and saw this:

There was a specific set of cirmcumstances that caused this with the inital v0.98.13 release. I fixed it soon after, and you can correct the issue by applying this patch: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...ostcount=8
