how do I copy .db3 file

I keep getting a SQlite error when I try to config gbpvr. I read in an earlier post the way to fix is to:

Copy the empty.db3 file to gbpvr.db3, overwritting any file you already have with this name.

My question is how do I copy the file? When I right click and copy the empty.db3 file how do I paste or open the gbpvr.db3 file to insert the copy of empty.db3?

Just right click in some white space in the same directory and do a paste. This will create a file called 'copy of empty.db3'. Next delete the file called gbpvr.db3. Lastly, right click on 'copy of empty.db3' and rename it 'gbpvr.db3'.
