MVP menus scroll only up and around not down?

Since the new version, my MVP menus scroll only up and around not down and around. i.e. no reaction from MVP on scroll down, but I can scroll around by going up instead?

Any ideas?

Odd... Can you zip and attach a set of logs?

sure. I see it crapped out at least once too (MVP reboot), it's been a while since it has done that.
