Just installed the program, go to watch TV and get an error message

Using a hauppage wintv usb 2....set everything up and when i go to click on watch live tv it gives this error..."Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."

what does this mean and how might i fix it? i have done succesful recordings through another program...

You've configured GB-PVR to use a USB-UIRT remote, but dont have a USB-UIRT attached.

So what are you saying - are you fixed now? That was certainly the problem in the logs you posted.

nope, the remote does work, but the error message still appears when i try to get tv on the program

Now that you've fixed the USB-UIRT setting, zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

You've got your capture source set to use a USB-UIRT channel changer, but dont have one attached to you system.
