Hey all, got a bit of a problem, I'm running GBPVR on a new computer but when I open it up the TV is way up at the top then there's a black bar below it and down at the bottom a distortion line blinking at the bottom. Is there some way to fix this or any info that I could give to help diagnose it?

If you've got an nvidia video card in your PC, then this is likely the nvidia aspect ratio bug. Two work arounds: switch to VMR9 Custom, or disable hardware accelleration in your video decoder settings.

Man Nvidia sucks, had a similar problem when playing BF1942. Sucks bein poor.

Anyway I found through tinkering it works properly if I turn off "Live Preview" under the misc section. As for your suggestions the Custom one made the video and audio choppy and I couldn't see where to try the 2nd one.

VMR9 Custom can only be used on the primary monitor, which may be why it was choppy for you? ie, did you try on the second monitor?

The second suggestion was going into the playback tab of the config app, and hitting the button to view the decoder settings, usually in there is a check box for hardware accelleration.
