In the General tab of config I check the option "Start in 2nd display" and uncheck the option "...windowed mode". When I start GBPVR it comes up fullscreen in the primary display. Only if I reset GBPVR into the window mode and drag it over to the 2nd display will it subsequently start in the 2nd display provided the option "...windowed mode" in the General tab was checked. In otherwords, with this option checked GBPVR will open in the display it was last closed in however if I then maximize the window to fullscreen <Alt-Enter> & close GBPVR the next time I start it GBPVR will open in the 1st display only. I can not get it to default to FullScreen in the 2nd display.

To add to the confusion... If I check "start in 2nd display" and GBPVR opens in fullscreen mode in the Primary display, GBPVR will crash when I exit. To "avoiud" this crash, I move the windowed GBPVR into the 2nd display then exit. No crash

Two things: (1) the second monitor must be configured to be on right of the primary monitor, (2) dont use VMR9 Custom of VMR9 Fullscreen Exclusive renderer on a secondary monitor.
