My understanding and experience is that DVR-MS files will not stream/file share livetv. As the title states...just wondering if anyone has had any luck using a decoder other than dvr-ms (or for that matter luck with dvr-ms) steaming livetv ATSC broadcasts. I have been trying but to no avail. Most of my time has been spent trying the ATI Mpeg Multiplexer (version 9.14.0.60504 from the avivo package) and the cyberlink Mpeg Multipler (version 5.0.2022). With these decoders, I am not even able to get stable (not choopy video) that I can view on the server...let alone stream to the client. I am however able to get stable playback of dvr-ms files on server and I can stream (using file sharing) recorded files to the client without problems. Any thoughts or experience?
