Twinhan notenough power on lnb

Hi all

Have problem that i don't have enough power out to the lnb´s only 0.5 V should be 12 V.

Cant find any manual over the card, have connection plug "format 3,5mm hole" in the back of the card but cant find out what thats it for. Can it be for external power supply??

Card is Twinhan AD-SP300

manual for all models there.
drivers for your card are listed as well under drivers. card says it can put out 13 or 18v for lnb. you might need to keep trying. try the twinhan software first to narrow down the problem.
