Hi again.

I have my GB-PVR 99.13 running in Windows Vista Home Premium... and is running fine but i have two problems and can't find a solution...

The first one is that don't mind which codec for audio/video i select because allways uses the same one. I've tryed with Nvidia, Cyberlink, Microsoft, and System Default but allways appears the Nvidia and Matroska icons on the SysTray.

The second problem i think is the same, is that when i see Live TV i have audio and Video perfect but when i record some channel, the result is allways one file without audio. I've tryed with different Muxes, TS Mux, Microsoft and Cyberlink (this one generate files with 0 Kb) and no success... The file is without audio in GB-PVR in WMP and MCE.

In other programs all works fine, Prog-DVB, Alt-DVB, MyTheatre.... can record and the result is Ok...

Could you help me?

PD: Once again excuse my poor english:o

Ok... after reading half wiki i think i have a Mux problem, because i have problems with timeshift too, so i think i need to install some muxers to resolve my problem.

The cuestion now is...What muxer do you think is the best for my system?

Box: Silverstone LC 14-M
Power: Silverstone Zeus 750 W
Mobo: Asus A8-N 32 Sli deluxe
Micro: AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200 2,2Ghz + 1Mb
RAM: 1 Gb DDR-400
Graphics: PNY GForce 7600 GS con Ventilador Zalman
HHDD: 250 Gb SATA
DVD: Samsung
Tunners: Hauppauge HVR-3000 + HVR-1300
GB-PVR 99.13
Windows Vista Home Premium
Codecs: Nvidia purevideo + Cyberlink 7.3 + CoreAvc + DivX 6.6 + AC3 + AAC Core

Either the Microsoft DVR-MS mux, or the Cyberlink mux. I use the Cyberlink v5.0.1307 mux, and it works well.

This is most likely a playback problem, relating to the default audio decoders on your machine.

Hi again and thenks for your response.

I'm afraid is not to easy...

Finally with AC3 audio codec and DVR-MS mux i can get a file with video and audio on GB-PVR, but only video on MCE. That`s fine but not totally...

In the other hand, with the Intenvideo Mux i get a file with only audio, no video and with de Cyberlink only video and no audio...

Any help would be apreciable...Smile

The output of MuxChecker is:

GB-PVR has detected the following multiplex filters on your machine:

Found: Intervideo Multiplexer
FILE: c:\windows\system32\ivimux_3.0.88.0_.ax
VERSION: 3.0.88.0

Found: Cyberlink MPEG Muxer
FILE: c:\windows\system32\MpgMux_5.0.0.727_.ax
VERSION: 5.0.0727

If you're running WinXP SP1 or higher, you will also be able to use the built-in DVR-MS mux filter.

Ok, now i have again problems with DVR-MS. When i try to see one recorded program from GB-PVR in Windows Media Player or MCE y have stability problems... no audio, error messages...

Only in GB-PVR can see the recorded programs.

Thanks again...

I dont really know. The DVR-MS mux is usually considered pretty good. The Cyberlink v5.0.0727 mux is pretty buggy though, so I wouldnt recommend using that specific one.
