No Toggle Force-Foreground??

I can't seem to find a toggle force-foreground option in 1.0.8. It is available in GBPVR 99.12 but the new PVRX2 does not seem to have this option (at least that I can find).

Is this option available? This is a necessity for the wife.

Unfortunately not at the moment. I'll try to add it back in for the next release.
