This is using PVRX2.
I noticed this last night after starting a show that was currently recording.
Everything played nicely, but after skipping past a few commercials and reaching the end the video would be in 'fast forward' mode for a bit until it caught up to the end of the stream.
After hitting skip, the video would actually get set backwards (i'd say roughly 20-30 seconds) and then 'fast forward' until it caught up with the end of the stream.
