Searching in the guide is not working. I know it "moved" to the TV-guide. When i press F1, the alphabet is shown, and per letter, a list of shows is shown; but nothing happens when i select a show. I would expect a detail-screen to popup to record the show; but that doesn't happen. I tried this on two different machines; it doesn't work on both of them.

In the log appears each time i select a show:
Code:
Failure in DoShowNameSearch(): IErrorInfo.GetDescription failed with E_FAIL(0x80004005).

Any clue what could be wrong?

I cant see any obvious cause in there. I'd probably just recommend trying it in the next version due in a day or so, since the search guide is more complete in that build.

I'm sorry but it still doesn't work. The search-guide screen looks as:

Sub, do you have a clue what E_FAIL(0x80004005) means?

Thanks.

No, I have no idea what that message means. Its not an error generated by me. Its most likely indicates something going wrong with SQLite, and its generating the error - but I've not seen it myself, or any other reports of it.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

What happens exactly? Do you see them listed in the Pending listing the Recordings screen? Do they get marked as 'Failed'?

Problem fixed.
After running ChangeDatabase.exe, it worked again.
