Changed User Account

I'm sure I could find the answer to this using the search function, but I keep getting a database error when I try to search.

I had to change my user account on my PC (long story). The account that I am using is a domain administrator (server 2003). I can run GBPVR tray icon, but I can't run either GUI. I get a message about the target not being correct. The original account was a domain administrator so I don't get why I'm having this problem. Does GBPVR install to the user account or the local machine? Any ideas???

I gather that you're trying PC Client/Server.

Make sure that you can open the share with windows explorer

What happens if you run them from explorer. It sounds like the "problem" I have after a gbpvr-upgrade. I can't start gbpvr and pvrx2 with the "old" links I have copied in a seperate programs-tv group.I have to copy the new icons/startlinks from the programs group the the tv-group.

I think you're right. I need to copy over new shortcuts. How about the shortcuts that are in the GBPVRTray? Where do those shortcuts come from?
