Version 1.0.16 wont start anymore in Vista

I'm using version 1.0.16 on Microsoft Vista Business. It was working fine for the first few days, but now it wont start at all. I try to start the service, and nothing happens. I also tried to start the PVRX2, and that wont start. The config seems to be the only thing that starts up.

Any suggestions?

(btw, I'm using an HVR 1600 ATSC card, and have 1.5 gigs of ram)
