problems updating epg

hi,

i am just now installing 1.0.16, and am having some problems setting it up

i have wintv pvr2 usb2, and have installed 1.0.16, and the patch to be able to use schedules direct.

when i have filled out the recording source and epg source, i click update epg. it says "requesting listing information from zap2it" even though i have chosen schedules direct. then a screen comes up that says your EPG source does not appear to be configured correctly.

any help?

The listing from Schedules Direct do still come from the zap2it servers, so its normal that it still says this, but obviously shouldnt get an error. Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

Thanks. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled, and the epg is working. However, now I can't get LiveTV to work. When I edit the Recording Source settings, it says that the drivers don't appear to be installed and do I want to use these settings anyways.

Do I need to reinstall drivers for the new release?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Sorry, you might need to enable log flushing in the config app, then reproduce the problem and repost the logs.

According to that filtercheck.log, you've got zero capture devices connected to your machine. I suspect something has gone wrong on your machine which has uninstalled the drivers.

This problem is not happening at the GB-PVR end of things, but rather at the driver end of things.
