Hi
I have a problem with some channels in the TV guide. After a few test it seems that when I have a recurring program scheduled on a specific time slot, if the channel decide to change the TV guide to something else, at the next EPG update, I still see my old pending and old TV guide instead of the new one. It is rare but it happened especially for a few specialized channels updating their TV guide at the last minute (one or 2 days before) instead of 2 weeks in advance. I recently move from zap2it to Schedule direct (like everybody) and I have the same problem. I reported the problem to Schedule direct but they told me that the raw file is OK for the problem I pointed out.
My best guess is a matter of priority during the EPG update. If you download the pending before and reload it after then the old pending override the new one? But Iâm not sure because sometimes it is OK. So Iâm lost. The homemade solution for the moment is to cancel the recurring TV show involves. Then to run EPG update. Finally to re-enter the recurring and/or one time show if required. After that the TV guide is OK and the pending as well. But I have to be careful every day on those channels because I never know if the TV guide is OK in GB-PVR.
I using version 1.0.16 of GB-PVR.
Thanks in advance
