Hi,
Just upgraded from a previous version of GB-PVR (which I've run for many months) to the lastest (1.1.5). I have gone through the setup and performed the tuning of channels and they all get picked up OK, i.e. in the Config/CaptureSources area I can see channel video and hear audio fine. I can watch recorded TV ok too.
When I go to watch live TV it doesn't work. Screen goes black for a second or two and then goes back to menu. In the error log I see:
Questions
[1] Can anyone help please re the above?
[2] I have my XP firewall off, however there is Cybersitter filtering software running on the PC but I did turn it off and try too.
[3] After the upgrade I see to be able to run the old UI and the new UI. Should both of these work ok? That is "GBPRV" and "PVRX2.exe". Should both of these work? Was I suppose to uninstall the old version before installing the latest?
[4] Does the tray icon need to be running? I'm assuming not and that this is an optional extra? Just that it seems to be playing up, but I'd rather focus on getting live TV back and working again first.
I've attached logs if this helps too. I couldn't myself see anything more significant than what I've attached above. Note that it was at 21:45 that I clicked "LIVE TV" => after a couple of seconds of black screen the menu just came back.
Thanks
Greg
