Recently found problem with GBPVR Buffer

Due to Football season I did a lot of timeshifting while watching the games to do my own instant replays. I was trying to clean up my recordings tonight and could not find where ~60 gig went to. I found it in the GBPVR Buffer folder. Should this folder be cleared out once you stop the timeshifting or is it normal to have to manually go in to clear it out?

BTW I am on v1.0.16

It would normally clear itself out a few minutes after you stop watching tv, or finish watching the current show.

Some of the recordings in the Buffer Folder were well over several weeks old at least. There were about 18 recordings total
