Capture Source help with PVR150 and Sky

Hi all im new to GBPVR and would like some help moveing from MCE2005 to GBPVR as im getting stuck with some stuff

I want to use my PVR150 with sky comeing in through the red/white/yellow connectors but I cant figure out how to set this up in the Capture Source
tab can some one walk me thru it.
