Season recording problem

hi
i have a problem,
it happened on the 1.1.5 version and i was hoping it will go away on this version.

when i schedule a season recording or to record each week at the same time, the recording doesnt turn red.
i can see it in the "reacuring" section but it doesnt record anything.
if i record just one episode, its fine.
i changed the skin back to blue.
i changed the language to english.
no change... right now i am recording each week all the episodes.
do you have any idea what i can do to fix it please?
i though it had something to do with the channel logos but that wasnt the problem

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach after a recording was due to have occurred.

i first thought it was with the config file. recreated it. didnt help
then i though it was with the gbpvr.
and then i though it was that i have already schedule single episodes and after removed them, it didnt change a thing


the funny thing is that one show cannot be recorded full season, but the one after it i managed to.

I have had the same issue with for quite a few versions now. If you choose any of the season recording options, the first instance of that show doesn't record, only the instances after that one. I usually just have to go back and choose that show to record once and then from then on it's fine.

i tried what you suggested but no ciggar

i even tried going back to the default skin. change the language to english and reinstalled everything including gbpvr database and config file.

some works, some dont.
i am even thinking about trying out media portal or xlobby. but i like and preffer gbpvr alot better...


any ideas?

Can you also include the matching recording service logs that cover the time the recording was supposed to occur?

Maybe we're not talking about the same thing as this definately isn't a show stopper for me to move to some other software.

1. open record dialog for a show in TV Guide.
2. Choose any season type recording option (like all instances of this show on this channel) and adjust padding/quality/etc.
3. choose OK
The show doesn't turn red like it's set to record, but if I skip ahead a week till the next time it is on, that show is highlighted in red.
4. skip back to the instance of the show that isn't highlighted in red and open the record dialog again.
5. choose record once, adjust padding/quality/etc
6. choose OK
The show turns red and records successfully along with all the rest of the season.

ok. now i got ya
i will try this.
i am not leaving gbpvr for anything..... nothing beats this
i am attaching the recording service and the pvrx2 logs together.


i tried the idea of recording all the episodes. then went back to record the missing one.
i then went all over the channel and none of the episodes are marked.
although i can see it in the "reocurrin". in reality its not recording anything

At 2008-03-25 22:14:06 you scheduled a season recording for "הלילה עם ליאור שליין". What times were these shows listed in your TV Guide that you'd expect to see scheduled for recording? Does "הלילה עם ליאור שליין" only contain a show name? ie no episode specific parts to that name
