PVR-250 with new remote. Remote not working

Hey Guys,

This is my first time working with GB-PVR. I have been able to get everything working except the remote control. The remote that came with my PVR-250 can be viewed URL=http://registration.hauppauge.com/webstore/hardware.asp#remote]here[/URL].

I have installed the Hauppauge software and this remote works in the winTV2000 software suite, however it does not work in gbpvr. My settings have the default hauppauge remote selected and I do not have direct access enabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you installed/reinstalled any Hauppuage software after GB-PVR, then the settings required for GB-PVR in irremote.ini would have been over written.

Add these into c:\windows\irremote.ini

I've added a button in the next release which can be used to correct the settings in irremote.ini at any time.

How can I make it so the remote will control GBPVR regardless if it is the active window? I had it working, but I just upgraded my HD and video card and can't get it workig agian.

Just had to remove ir.exe from the startup.
