I have a pvr-1600 capture card and updated the Hauppauge software to 6.4a. Now there is no audio on live digital channels but they can still be selected. In addition, I get the "unable to start BDA..." error when in config. Unfortunately, the earlier drivers no longer work correctly either. However, it is possible to record digital programming with audio and using the pause/play option works properly. WinTV works as usual also. The log file from filtercheck is attached. Thanks in advance for your help.

Can you try setting up a capture source for the HVR1600, ignoring any missing device warning, then hit the 'map digital channels to epg channels', then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log files?

There is no missing device or perhaps I don't understand your question. The device is there but it won't start. Note that recording works fine. I have attached the ZProcess archive. Thanks for your very fast response.

Try upgrading to the new 1.3.7 release and try again. If its still not working, post those logs again and I'll take another look.

1.3.7 was already installed so I removed it and reinstalled. After rescanning the QAM channels, it now works fine. Many thanks!! :-)
