Hello all,

I am new to this HTPC software and am comming over from the snapstream crowd.. (This is much better Smile )

I have installed everything (Did a fresh install of Vista, etc. Capture card works, blaster works in the config utility but not in GBPVR... One interesting item I noticed is the blaster flashes look "stronger" than when GBPVR does the call out. The flashes seem more like "flickers" (Or incoherent giberish). If you have any ideas please let me know.

BTW, I am using Haublast.exe and have set it up in the capture devices.

Try using live tv, and change channels a couple of times, then zip and attach the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

Well, after an hour or so of tinkering, and no less than 5 restarts it changes channels WOOOHOOOO! didnt have to wave the dead chicken over it Smile but, I noticed no video, I turned off deinterlacin pass though and it worked. BAD Picture... Tried some of the filters, not much better... Can you give me an idea on this???

You should put it back to 'encoder pass through'. If it gives you no video, it probably means you dont have an MPEG2 decoder installed, or it doesnt like the one you've currently got selected.
