Cannot activate my account

After several days, I received an email stating that I had registered with gb-pvr. In the email there are 2 links that can be used to activate my account. I have tried them both by clicking on them and typing them in manually and I always get this message:

"An error occured, not all of the required fields were sent from the validation link. Please ensure that they whole link was entered, it's possible that your email clients auto-wrapper cut the link in half. Please try again.

You are NOT logged in "

I thought the problem was because I was not logged in. If I log in and then type in the url, I get the same message and in the upper left corner of the screen it states that I am a guess. Obviously my member name and password work because I am able to write in the forum.

any suggestions?

Just ignore the email. You're already a full user.

The forum software is a bit screwy. I'll try to stop it sending the validation email in future.
