Error Restarting GBPVR Recording Service on Win2003

I'm getting an error message when it tries to stop and restart the recording service.

Here is the error message from windows. I'll try and grab the log files and attach them momentarily.

It's a Windows 2003 Server. Updated to the latest service packs.

I initially started running GBPVR version .97 on this server.

I've since upgraded and used these versions successfully. I keep all my old versions and downloads.

1.3.11 works/worked fine. I just did a complete reload on it a couple days ago and for the first few days it ran great.

Starting yesterday it just will not stop the recording service unless I reboot.

Any thoughts?
