dvb-s subtitles

I just went from MediaPortal to gbpvr.
Looks pretty good and stable. But I had to go back to MP because I didn't get any subtitles on live tv.
I checked everything and went through this forum.

when can we expect dvb subtitles ??

It already supports DVB Subtitles.

From memory, you need to press Ctrl-Y to show them.

I tried to change codec as written elsewhere in the forum
I can't get subtitles via dvb or teletext to work
I don't know if you can test it on either 1w or 5e none of CanalDigital or Viasat are working.
It's working out of the "box" with MediaPortal

You might need to change the <PreferredSubtitleLanguage> and/or <SecondarySubtitleLanguage> settings in the config.xml file.

Just to inform you. Im running client and server on same machine.
So im using stream. If this can help you....

why you should not be doing that untick client then run pvrx2.exe

and it's still not working

View a channel you know has dvb subtitles, then press Ctrl-Y, then post the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.
