TV Guide in EWA empty, but not in PVRX2

When I go to the TV Guide in PVRX2 it is correctly popuplated. However, the TV Guide in EWA is empty. The Manage Recordings, Video Library, and Photo Library in EWA are also correct. How do I get the TV guide to show up?

Post a screen shot from the Admin screen in EWA......

Is the EWA Admin screen the same as the config screen? Attached is a screen shot of the config screen. If it matters, it is running on Windows 7. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled GBPVR and EWA with the same results.

I'm having this same problem although there is no program information in PVRX2. But there is a channel list at least. The EWA guide displays no channels at all.

Post what is showing in your EWA log.......there is a link for it on the Config tab.

I couldn't find a link to a log file on my config page. Maybe that's the problem, but I reinstalled ewa so the page should be correct. I also couldn't find an ewa log file in the log directory or the web directory. Where can I find the log file?

The link to the log file is on the Statistics tab. A screenshot of your Statistics tab might be useful too.

I don't recall what the issue was, but the only issue I've had with EWA, was related to Ajax Services.
I do remember the issue I had was exactly as someone else had described in some other thread here.
The resolution of which was downloading from Microsoft site this setup file..

Once I ran that setup, I disabled AJAX Services in the EWA config screen as was noted in that thread, and the problem was gone.
I wish I could recall what the issue was. If I can find it here or if it comes back to me I'll post back here when I find it...

I found the thread I was referring to. Should mention, I use XP here, and when I disabled that AJAX service I didn't notice any difference
in functionality, but it did get rid if the error that was mentioned in the below thread.

The link to the log file is on the Statistics tab. A screenshot of your Statistics tab might be useful too.

The log for EWA is stored in one of the sub directories under the below tree....just go down through them until you find the logs directory...

Ok, I found a link to the log file on the stat page. I attached a screenshot of the stat page which shows there is 12 days of epg remaining and the log file. It indicates that there is some kind of database problem. Hopefully, that will help you.
