I have a new version of mvpmcx2 that will work with NPVR being tested and I will post it when I get some confirmation that it works with GBPVR.

The actual changes required in mvpmcx2 were small, sub still has to do some work on NPVR server-side to provide the same experience especially when it comes to video playback.

Note I am not planning on updating NMTInstaller to load or configure NPVR 1.15 while NPVR is in beta. I will post more news after testing.

No no ETA, I haven't received any feedback. Although sub says that NPVR and GBPVR can coexist, you will have to make a choice of which MVP server to run. Currently I think most people will opt to continue to use GBPVR with their NMT's anyway.

Sorry I have been a tad busy to test yet & I still have more stuff to get done before I will get some time.......but Martin is right I doubt many will opt for NPVR over 1.4.7 on their NMT's at the moment.

Can I get on the test team? I use an NMT exclusively, so I can't take advantage of the latest update. Let me know if this is possible and what kind of commitment is required.

I'm always looking for 1 or 2. I know the NMT is important and before I release I like a commitment of a few evenings of full use, not just brief tryouts. I especially like feedback even if no problems arise. If you are interested not just because you want a pre-release this time PM me your email address and I will add you to the mail (I share email addresses with the group too).

If You Need any one else Martin I have 3 a100 and 1 a200. I use all the a100 to play my tv and the A200 I have just received. The machine I use is old school. Celeron 2.6ghz and 1 gig ram. I have a divico fusion dual digital card.
I have only just installed NPVR but it will only scan channel 7 only at this stage. All popcorn units have hard drives and currently run gbpvr-(except the A200). I have movie files all over the place, so just let me know what you want tested. The only problem is I usually go away from home at least 2 to 3 days a week. Hope I can Help
