No Sound

I have just upgraded to Win7 Home Prem and installed Npvr 1.5.33
Awesome truly awesome thanks SUB
All my video timestamp issues on live TV have disappeared however yet to record anything
Now for some fine tuning
Picture is great but no sound
Walked through the set up document and installed all the codec's etc it suggested.
Installed K-late standard pack

Any ideas why no sound?

What did you upgrade from? XP?

Have you go sound from anything in windows? right windows 7 drivers for your sound card?

yes XP Pro
then did all the updates for Win7 Home Prem
along with drivers for my hauppauge
then install the K-lite codec pack

Have been having issues with win7 error 0x8007005
Which is preventing my install of Monogram codec which all my reading indicates is needed for my sound?

Yep, you need Monogram for HE-AAC in New Zealand (or the ArcSoft audio decoder from WinTV7).

On Win7 you'll probably need to start a command problem with 'run as administrator', then run regsvr32 from there.

You can select Command Prompt from Start -> All programs -> Accessories, right click and Run As Administrator.

no having much luck with Monogram
but have wintv7
I installed it and still find TV great but no sound?
is the arcsoft a seperate program from win7

Do you see the ArcSoft decoder listed as an option for the HE-AAC decoder on the NPVR Decoders screen?
