mute key not working

The mute key (45 button remote) does not work for the mvp when watching live tv or a recording.  However, the volume up and down keys do work.  I have tried the default mute setting in irremote.ini "MUTE=m" as well as trying "MUTE={app(0x80000)}".  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Update:  the 45 button remote's mute key does work when watching live tv or videos via the mvp's version 2.3 software (without gb-pvr).  However, the mute function does not work when watching live tv or a video via the mvp/gb-pvr combo.  Does the 45 button remote's mute key work for anyone else via the mvp/gbpvr combo.?

No, the mute key doesnt work. It wasnt something I use, so I didnt implement support for it.
