I have a PC (Windows) on which the PCIe ATSC card is.
The PC is running NextPVR.

I have a server in the basement.
I cannot easily move the coax feed to the basement.

I would like to run NextPVR on my server (Linux) and have it handle the EPG and recording while the ATSC feed is coming from the PC upstairs.

Is it possible ?

Yes but it doesn't make any sense.  Export an m3u list from the Windows machine and use that as input as IPTV in the basement.  Dont bother setting up the Windows PC's EPG it won't be used.

I am not sure I understand you correctly.

If I were succesfull to migrate the NextPVR to the server downstairs, it would do the EPG and I would stop this from the Windows computer.

Could you be a bit more specific on how to push the "signal/data" from the Windows PC (with the tuner card) to the TrueNAS server downstairs?

He was meaning you'd setup NextPVR on the Window machine, and scan the channels. The EPG source for those channels could be set to None, since it wouldn't be using the EPG from that machine. On the Linux NextPVR server, you'd use the IPTV to import http://<windows-ip-address>:8866/channels. You'd then setup the EPG as Schedules Direct.

It sounds bloody ugly to me...and the extra steps will make things slower etc.
