EPG Update Problem

I can manually go into the config app and update the EPG with no problems. But, when I "Update EPG" through the tray icon I get the following error:

"Your EPG Source does not appear to be configured correctly. Please check the EPG source setting and try again"

Additionally, the PostUpdateEPG.bat does not run after a succesfully EPG update through the config app.

Thanks for any ideas.
