Remote not working with GBPVR

I am using a CyberLink Remote which came with my ATI 550 card and i cannot get many of the buttons to work with the software. the back button does not work, channel up and down does not work, and i am having trouble getting the program feature to remember the keys i have "taught" the program. sometimes it will remember, other times ti will not.

Sorry, I dont have one of these Cyberlink remotes so its not directly supported by GB-PVR.
