Sapphire 550 Pro (PAL) Problems

Hi,

This is my first post here though I've been reading a lot of the threads. Thanks for creating a great program. Too bad I just can't get it to work with my new Sapphire Theatrix card.

Some of my info:
- Sapphire Theatrix 550 Pro (Cyberlink remote control and PowerCinema bundle)
- PAL-B country (Singapore)
- WinXP Pro SP2


The tuning assistant works fine and detects all the channels, but when I try to watch, there's only static and blurred video, and totally no audio. I've searched the forum and tried the solutions posted, but none worked for me. Everything works fine with PowerCinema and BeyondTV, though BTV had scratchy audio and no full support for the Cyberlink remote control. Only a few of the remote's basic buttons worked with GBPVR, though I don't think it's supported here as well.

I'm really hoping to see this work, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure you set the tuning (cable/antenna) and country correctly?

The tuning assistant is just a subset of the main GB-PVR code, so if it tunes in channels, then you should also be able to get them in GB-PVR.

I asked ATI to supply a remote, but they didnt, so there is no support for the remote.
