Comclean not cutting properly

Comclean seems to have problems with the beginning of a file. Here's one example..

Now processing D:\Captures\Video\Filename.mpg 1/8 ... failed, range result
s in an empty chunk

Comskip's log portion:
1 - start: 1 end: 1763 length: 0: 0:58.79

Because of the buffer before actual show start, even when I set it to 0, there's always commercials. Comskip detects properly, but comclean won't cut.

Is there anything I can do about this?

COuld you post the .txt file?

IIRC the first cut is the problem, because it starts on frame 1.

mpgtx tries to do the first cut but its too short to deliver something so its skips it. The error is harmless

I have made a new version of comclean (0.0.3) available at http://mk.kaashoek.com/gbpvr that checks for the first commercial to start at 1 so you don't get the error message.

Now it simply skips the first cut.
Not what I need.
Back to 0.0.1 for now, and more manual editing later.
