Priority Recording throwing and Exception That Could Not Be Handled

I probably have neglected something in setup, but PriorityRecording.exe - Common language... is generating an exception.

How can I fix this or uninstall the plugin?

do you have priorityrecordings.xml

if not save the one attached with this post to your gbpvr directory.
