DVD2MPEG on 16:9 movies???

When I use DVD2MPEG on movies in 16:9, the resulting mpegs do not appear to be 16:9. Instead, the mpeg picture appears to be stretched vertically, and perhaps horizontally as well (the result is comically distorted actors). 4:3 movies look fine.

Is there a command line setting that I am missing to get the mpegs to retain there 16:9 picture? I am using the default command lines at the moment.

Can you post a screen shot of what it looks like? I have converted a number of wide screen movies and they all seem to look fine.
