More Problems!

So I just decided I would go ahead and reinstall windows and start over, here is what i did from there:
1. reinstalled windows
2. installed my pvr25 and pvr 150 with the drivers from hauppauge
3. installed wintv2000
4. installed hauppauge software decoders
5. installed gbpvr
5. installed .net framework

-When I watch live TV i just get a black screen with only audio.
-When I record something and try to play it back. I select play and nothing happens.
-I have each card as a different capture source (capture card #1 and capture card #2)

That makes it sound like you dont have a working MPEG2 decoder on your machine. If you try to play an MPEG2 file with Windows Media Player, does it work?

If you don't have a working decoder, you could still record, since the encoding would take, place, right? Just thinking that may be the easiest way to generate a sample to test.

Start w/ gettign one card to work...the 150 may be easier. Get that working, and then add #2.
