Are you asking able HDHR Prime? No support for multi-record with that yet, but I'll most likely add it in the next release.
So DOES the Prime support this, or is the listed changes not quite right?
I am using a hdhomerun with nextpvr and trying to get it working in xbmc.
Works fine in hdhomerun app and works fine in nextpvr app.
When I try to watch live tv in xbmc I just getting working at the bottom right and nothing happens. Then I get the error message tuner no longer available.
I have changed all the channels in Nextpvr to 1,2,or3 digit with "0" as the minor
Using my Android Developer Console I can see statistics of Android OS versions that have nDroid TE installed. The console doesn't gather or report when any particular installation was last used however (today, yesterday, last month etc etc) so it isn't clear if the small percentage of installations on devices using less than Android v4 are still in use or have been consigned to a drawer somewhere).
In October, the Android devs released a new set of development tools to include new stuff for Android v5 and basically broke my development environment with no way to 'rollback'. I've spent a lot of time trying to fix the issue but it looks like I might have to remove support for any Android version less than v4.x.
I am trying to play fm stations in XBMC from my windows 7 NPVR host however in linux mint 17 using xbmc gotham its a no go. following message is from xbmc log WARNING: could not find codec parameters for pvr://channels/radio/All radio channels/2.pvr . The same setup will play fm stations in XBMC for Windows
Using Hauppage PVRUSB2 for the FM tuner.

I have many recordings which cause skipping problems in fred's Samsung app. Skipping will work reasonably well until about 30 minutes into the program when skips are ignored and then playback often freezes. If I try to resume the recording it is unsuccessful and starts from the beginning.
The problematic recordings are OTA MPEG2 recordings from CBS at 1080i. I have one CBS recording that is perfectly fine but most of them are problematic (I can tell right away if I try to skip 20 minutes into the recording since it doesn't work on the "bad" ones). I tried to open the problematic recordings in tsmuxer to try to remux but tsmuxer gives me some kind of "bitstream" error and won't even open the file. I haven't done a ton of testing but the 720P recordings from FOX and ABC seem to not have any skipping problems.
I have tried the MB3 Samsung app and it has similar behavior with these recordings so it appears that there is something that the Samsung player doesn't like about these recordings. Is there some kind of report/data that I can provide you with for the "good" and "bad" CBS recordings in an effort to determine what is causing the skipping problems in certain recordings? Thanks.

Apologies in advance for what I am sure is a machine specific issue. Installed NPVR with HDHomeRun Prime. Here's what works:
1. VLC can stream from the HDHomeRun Prime directly.
2. XBMC can stream from HDHomeRun Prime directly.
3. NPVR can find the HDHomeRun prime, and scan all the channels successfully.
4. I have followed all instructions on the support page stick notes, including installing DirectX etc.
5. I have tried SAF decoders and Windows 8 Codec Pack
No matter what I try, I always get black video and no audio.
I tried using the XBMC NPVR add-on. The add-on can successfully query the channels, but when I pick any channel to watch, it ends up failing with "Tuner no longer available", and I have to kill XBMC.
Found the recording service stopped again with missed recordings. Logs and event viewer message attached. Live TV ended at about 12:59 yesterday, 12-18. The recording service was reported stopped in the Event Viewer at 13:58 yesterday when the system resumed for a scheduled recording. Live TV and the scheduled recording were on the Prime tuner. The service restarted just fine today.
I think the event above was really due to a channel list problem for Prime tuner 2.
Couple of questions:
What is the correct application setting for the Prime? NPVR or Other ATSC/QAM. I haven't been able to locate this in the forum.
It takes about 12 seconds between pushing Stop in Live TV and the return of the NPVR menu. Is this expected?
Should I clear my config file and database and start over? I have not touched them for several years, and now with the removal of network recorder and addition of the prime, as well as adding OTA tuning to one of tuners, it might be time for some housecleaning. I''m not looking forward to it, but if it's needed...
A recording service stop really hoses things. Has anyone tried a service restart on resume from sleep?

As the title indicates, My Hauppauge digital tuner isn't finding any digital channels. I would like to try and insert them manually to see if that helps. Is it possible to do so, possibly using an xml file with the correct frequencies? I noticed there was an "Import Channels" option. I thought maybe if I could get an idea of what this file generally looks like I could alter it to attempt manual input. Is anyone able to indicate file structure for this? or alternatively provide better ideas? I am located in australia.
