************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
While watching live tv, occasionally the screen blanks and "Encrypted Content" appears in the corner of the screen; I need to exit and resume live tv, or change channels, to get playback going again. I know there was a problem like this reported here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...ed-Content, and it was fixed with a patch that assumed HDPVR/Colossus devices could never produce encrypted content.
I'm encountering this on ATSC and now QAM content that isn't encrypted. I know this is due to a slightly garbled data packet in the transport stream that just happens to be garbled in a way that appears encrypted to NPVR.
Can you add a config.xml setting to 2.5 to simply disable NPVR's detection of encrypted content other than during channel scans? That would eliminate this issue entirely.

I transcode my DVD's to h.264 for small file size and use with GBPVR, so after rebuilding my wife's PC with an Ivy Bridge i5-3450 CPU/mobo/RAM, I was curious as to how well the Ivy Bridge built-in Quick Sync transcoding worked. On my dual-core laptop, transcoding a DVD took ~3-4hrs for high profile, using Handbrake. The fps was typically 10-12. With a Quick Sync transcoding app (Badaboom 2.0, output file size and quality similar to the Handbrake transcode), my average fps was ~ 200... totally amazing. Overall CPU usage was around 40%, so the PC was usable for other tasks, while transcoding was underway. Not an apples-to-apples comparison (I guess I should run Handbrake on the i5 to see software fps), but transcoding was changed from a computer-busting, 3-4 hour task, to 20 or so minutes. I can't wait to rebuild our HTPC with an Ivy Bridge i3, when it comes out.
all my recent recordings have this error message: "No errors, but no data delivered. This is usually because the device failed to lock a signal." Problem is that I don't know how to test this because it's locking a signal fine on live tv. logs attached.
I used to use the ir reciever that came with my hauppauge pvr-150. I recently replaced my pc but it only has 1 pci slot so I put in my pvr250 which doesnt have a receiver. What can I buy as a replacement. preferably as cheap as possible?
Have cleared out the thumbnail cache but didn't seem to help - when scrolling through videos/music, it often loses the folder.jpg (blank) and then get an unhandled exception error (unfortunately i also lose my mouse so can't grab the text in the error box (ctrl-a or shift + scroll doesn't select text)).
I just updated to WebRadio 3.7, and enabled the Digital Radio feature as I now have basic digital cable which includes some digital radio channels. I am able to listen to them using NPVR, so they're setup correctly.
However in WebRadio, I get an unhandled exception when I try any digital radio station. It shows the Waiting 1 Second message, then shows Buffering 167696, then the Unhandled exception appears.
Other WebRadio sources seem to work - I was able to listen to various Shoutcast and Live365 feeds. I do have various files showing up in C:\Temp, including Gbnetradio-#.ts and .mp3 files.
