EPGTOOLS.COM domain has had it's domain registration expire.
The domain is used by several utilities and while it's not working these utilities are not functioning.
Any idea on who is responsible for this domain?
Is this domain going to be registered so the existing utilities will work again?
Any help on this would be appreciated since I use "UltraXMLTV Enhancer Version 2" and it is no longer functioning (it uses EPGTOOLS.COM). If this is not corrected (in the next day or 2) I will be force to find a new TV guide enhancer.
I gather that Hauppauge does not support the WinTV PVR2 USB2 under Windows 7. Does anyone have any experience trying to run this hardware under Windows 7? Would the NPVR software work under Windows 7?
Hi I have a strange new problem.
Any programs that I watch Have a little clitch when watching. The Tv stop and then goes fast forward for a couple of seconds and then starts playing fine again. When I look at the tvtemp folder, I see the files only last 6.40 minutes size 313,284. Then occasionally it falls out to the menu.
Windows 7 64 bit and hauppauge 2200. running through a popcorn a100 unit.
I am sure this has only started since the last update as it has been working really well over the past few months. Thanks for any help
Dave
I think some of you have this cool media player. Grab the latest firmware if you have never updated yours. Mine is old and I just found out they added 10,000 internet radio stations 5,000 tv feeds and rss capability.
Will check into it soon.
Also they release the source code I presume so the usit can be modded?
1.Add 5000 Internet TV Channels
2.Add RSS News
3.Add stock inquiry
4.Add support for wireless headset (only ASUS HS-1000W is capable for current)
5.Add support for external optical disk drive with homemade VCD/DVD (only ASUS SDRW-0D1S-U is capable for current)
6. Over 20,000 internet radio stations
7. Flickr
8. Picasa
9. Weather
10. Add BD iso navigation and subtitle identification
11. Add BD/DVD direct play by folder
12. Add hue and saturation tuning in video setup menu
5. Add power saving function in system setup menu
6. Add My shortcut edit function
I have a PCH-A 100, a home built Windows Home Server, a Silicon Dust HD Homerun dual tuner . What is the best way to combine these 3 devices into a set up that can:
- watch live OTA HD channels picked up from antenna
- record HD programs from those OTA channels (preferably to the WHS, but my PCH has a 100gb hard drive in it if that needs to be used).
This is all going to be run on a hard wired network. WHS is in a closet, PCH hooked up via hdmi to my plasma. I would really like to not have to have another computer in this mix if possible.
Please help me get to the point wher eI can use the NMT to watch live TV and shows that had been recorded. Thanks!
Just installed n-pvr and of course i run into problems immediately. My Haupaugge PVR-150MCE doesn't show up in Devices. I believe that this is because it's the MCE edition or something like that. But since I don't have the courage to try and fix this in the config files I let someone here assist me in what to do. The card showed up perfectly in GB-PVR
This has occurred several times with 1.5.28 using the ATI 650 QAM tuner (Thanks for adding the support for this.)

NPVR problem or driver problem? Is the 0x8007001f message of any help? The tuner seems to be there in Device Manager and is using a recent driver, November 2009, 6.14.xxx. This is on XP, BTW, on my test box, not the rig in the sig.
I haven't seen this in PVRX2 with the same driver.
I am curious if anyone is successfully using comskip (donator version) with HD PVR recordings. I had first tried this out about 8 months ago, but I had disappointing results. It would for very long time and then when it completed, it would not find any commercials.
I decided recently to try again with the latest version of comskip. It seems to run to completion faster than before but it still is not finding all the commercials. I have been testing it on the new AMC HD show called Rubicon. It only has about 4 commercial breaks over the 60 minute period. Comskip only finds about 30% of the commercials.
I am hoping someone has had a similar experience and was able to make a few tweaks to the comskip.ini file improve its accuracy with HD PVR recordings.
I have been using comskip on QAM and analog recordings with great success for a couple years. I am hoping I can get the same behavior on my HD PVR recordings.
I've been playing around with a skin, fumbling a bit...
A row in the skin setting can have settings for "Visilble", like @isFolder or @HasMetaData etc.
Can I use both for one setting?
Like <Visible="@isFolder, @hasMetaData"> (this example do not work)
