Where are the capture source definitions stored? Please don't say that they are in the same database as the epg and schedule....

I read the posts about windows 7 which was helpful, but not complete. I am going to upgrade in a couple of weeks and wanted to find out if anyone know which version is best for this?

First, can I use the 64bit version with GBPVR?

Does anyone have a preference of home vs pro? I read the comparisons, and am not sure if pro will benefit the PVR.

Now, I have decided to do a complete removal of GBPVR and all device drivers so to try an older version of GBPVR (if they are still available)... but would like to know if all the new UK freeview digital transmittrer muxes will be picked up with old GBPVR versions or have they made the previous GBPVR versions obsolete?

Can i make gb-pvr shutdown/hibernate when a scheduled recording finishes ?

Nothing to do with PVR's never mind gbpvr.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of audio jukebox software (preferably freeware). I'd like to get an old, but small, touchscreen tablet PC running as a jukebox in the shack. (Collection is ripped mp3's.)
The software would preferably not require a keyboard and be single, left mouse button controlled as that is what the touch screen emulates.

I've been googling for a while but not really come up with anything that works.

Your thoughts appreciated.

I've been having an occasional problem with PVRX2 hanging when playback of a recording is initiated. Seems to not be related to location of file (GBPVR box or networked video library) or type of file (GBPVR TS mux or dvr-ms or ATI mux). Logs snippets of the latest (playback from the video library of a networked file) attached.

hi i have a ati 650 hd card
after a clean reboot, i can use gbpvr to watch live TV for as long as i want(i think). If i surf web or watch online videos or do something that involves loading, then i start GBPVR to watch live tv, it will lag (sound get cut off, video losing frames and eventually audio die completely.). Only way to fix this was to reboot my PC.

I wanted to figure out if this is a tuner problem so i uninstalled the tuner driver and rebooted. after the reboot,the live tv picture is blank but i still get full audio, but the audio still get choppy if i use the internet before i launch GBPVR.

I have some problems to start GB-PVR on my NMT Egreat M34A from a Network Share (when i start GB-PVR from the Network_browser it works great).

1. Network Share setup:
Share Name: TV
URL: nfs://192.168.0.1/mvpmc/
Home -> TV -> HTML (last icon) -> GB-PVR.html -> blackscreen (NMT hangs)

2. Network Browser:
Home -> Network Browser -> NFS Server -> 192.168.0.1 -> /mvpmc -> HTML (last icon) GB-PVR - kopie.html -> GB-PVR via Network Browser -> good start

When I turn on my NMT and go direct to TV (step1), then I get a blackscreen and the NMT hangs.
When I turn on my NMT and go to Network Browser... (step2), then GBPVR start good. Step 1 works now also good, it loads GBPRV (no blackscreen more - this is only I use first the Network Browser method).

Used mvpmc files: [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]

I hope someone can help my.

Had a zero byte clear QAM recording with an error in the logs (snippet attached). Could use some interpretation of the error message. I've had a previous problem with this tuner (Avermedia Duet) becoming "unavailable" so I'm wondering if this is the same thing.

I have purchased a Hong Kong sourced satellite tv card purchased from ebest24.com and I don't know the settings to add it to the BDA.ini file
