Does anyone have a 1280x720 image of a movie theater for use in the slick skin?
I'm thinking of like something very editorial with big velvet red curtains and such that gives the ambiance of a high quality movie theater... (not a cineplex, but a theater)...
I've been using GBPVR v1.3.7 with my PCH A-100 using firmware 081023 without any problems at all. Yesterday I upgraded my PCH to firmware 090116 and lost the GBPVR functionality. I have an index.html file that runs GBPVR from one of my networked PC's running winXP sp3. When I load the index file on the PCH and select GBPVR my screen goes black and the PCH locks-up completely. I am unable to reboot my PCH in any manner other than pulling the power plug. I have confirmed that GBPVR still operates correctly by re-installing PCH firmware 081023. I reflashed firmware 090116 and the problem with GBPVR is back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't do without my GBPVR but also don't want to loose the new resume function of the new PCH firmware.
having problems resizing ui.. getting very odd results with the config.xml adjustments..
confused as to which settings do what exactly..
i have a 1080i *only* 4:3 component tv [ok it does 480i/p too, but that's it,no 720 anything]
i'm using -m 1080i and everything's overscanned about 10% [too much]
can't even see the "TV Guide" title on guide screen...
adding -display 1920x1080 i get better results, but still overscanned...
currently i have what looks like a square pixel image [sides cut off on 4:3 tv! basically 1:1 aspect] but i can finally see whole ui using:
I'm having a peculiar problem whereby the audio on some channels doesn't play when using ffdshow audio codec. I also have cyberlink powercinema audio codecs, and when using these I don't have the problem.
My hunch is that the channels which don't work are using a different audio format than the other channels. I would like to confirm this. Is there any way I can find out what it is?
As an example, on the European Astra satellite that broadcasts BBC world news, CNN, and Euronews, only the first of these has audible audio when using ffdshow codecs.
I just installed the stuff and when I change the skin inside the GUI, I get a window "stopping GBPVR...." immediatly followed up by another vista error window which says something like "SkinPlugginHelper stopped working....blah blah"
I have installed GB-PVR on my system, with a Pinnacle PCTV 450i (Sat Pro) DVB-S card. This was not supported, but I have added a to the BDA.ini file as per the WIKI, and the card is now listed. I have installed the EPG and these channels are listed for me to map my channels to. However, when it scans for channels, it appears to scan, but finds no channels. Nero Home when scanning Astra 2a/2b/2d/Eurobird1 finds over 500 channels.
I have attached JPEG's of the config pages and the BDA file that I have altered. Any help gratefully received.
I wonder whether the card reader which is built-in Anysee E30C plus DVB-C usb card can be used together with multidec plugin in GBPVR to record Conax encrypted channels using a valid subscription card. As I read in various forums this device is without internal hardware CAM, so software CAM has to be used.
What would be other not too expensive alternative which is USB based, decrypt Conax and works with GBPVR?
