First I'd like to say a big THANK YOU for this awesome plugin! It has been the most intuitive plugin I've used.
I burned a DVD the other night with 3 different episodes of a show on it. I noticed that the default was to have 3 different menus (which is fine), but when an episode comes to an end, the DVD takes you back to the menu. The thing I would like to change is when one show ends, I'd like for the next one to begin. Is there a setting in IMGBurn to change this setting?
I just put up a second MVP server (for testing stuff). I want to have both MVPs running off the primary server most of the time, but I'd like to switch one MVP over to the test server in the evenings. I normally leave my MVPs in standby when not in use.
I can switch by rebooting the MVP and selecting the server I want from settings, but is there a quicker way of doing that?
Also, I haven't figured out how to set the prefered server either.
Note: just thinking about command line parameters which start with -- brings me out in a cold sweat :eek: so go easy please...

I know the weather plugin uses MSNBC which probably has accuate weather for most places. The problem I'm having is that the weather reports for Austalia (specifically Brisbane QLD) dont seem to be very accurate at all. For instance today all the local weather web sites (eg weatherzone.com.au) have us under the severest thunderstorms warnings, yet msnbc just have "cloudy", which in this case is definately wide of the mark.
Is there any chance of having alternative sources added as an option?

yesterday we had several short power cuts, off for 30 secs then on for 30 secs 3 or four times. This had the effect of shutting down the pc running GBPVR and the MVP. Now when I try and play a movie (AVI or MPG) it runs for several minutes then goes black screen then eventually reboots. Looking at the log it appears that the MVP looses connection:

does this look like the MVP has somehow been corrupted?? I have reinstalled GBPVR just to check that, but no luck!

I'm trying to setup GBPVR 1.3.7 with a SkyStar 2 PCI (DVB-S) using BDA drivers. I have a Dish500 (legacy LNB) pointed at 119/110 connected diseqc (119=A, 110=B). I'm using MDAPI 2.5, and Emunation 4.0.0.0. There are a few problems I'm having:
1) I am only able to scan 119. Is this because of the BDA drivers? I did a search on the forum, and found old threads stating SkyStar2 BDA drivers don't work with diseqc, is this still true with GBPVR 1.3.7? if so, which drivers do need to use to be able to get both 119 and 110 through the diseqc?
2) I had the impression that with GBPVR 1.3.7 NA Dish EPG work, i know older version of GBPVR didn't do it. Yet I'm still not getting any EPG for 119. I can watch channels and get picture/sound. I've updated epg-override.ini with:

1=12472,H,20000,56
and config.xml with:
<DvbEpgHarvestDuration>600</DvbEpgHarvestDuration>
yet, i don't get any EPG. Am i doing something wrong? something misconfigured?
I've been playing around with Net Radio and it appears to be working but there is no sound. I've downloaded a .pls file from Shoutcast and placed it in the Net Radio directory. When I select the radio station within pvrx2 it shows connecting...buffering...and then shows the track currently being played. BUT there is no Audio.
Is there any additional configuration I need to do?
I have a PVR 150 and when I click on any of the channels using WIN-TV I can see them all just fine.
When I use PVR X2 and look at live TV I can see channels 1-13 ok but with channels 14-99 all I get is snow. The GB-PVR config is showing all the available channels. WINTV and PVR X2 have both been working in the past but a couple of days ago I started having the problems seeing live TV with the PVR X2.
Any ideas what the problem might be?

I am very happy with my fine tuning of comskip.ini except for "coming attraction" commercials for the channel I am watching. I haven't figured out how to eliminate them.
Stuntman on comskip forum indicated the same problem in Sept 08 so there may be a solution out there.
I signed up for comskip forum but never received an email to activate my username. I tried to resend the activation email and that didn't work either. I can't find a means of contacting the administrator.
