Playback aspect ratio

I am unable to get my aspect ratio to wide screen 16x9. It had been working well with the correct ratio. When I tried to make the screen smaller by moving my courser, it jumped off of WD 16x9 and now my picture is very distorted. I tried to reset it in the configuration page with out success and restarts also have not worked.

Make sure your TV Shape is set correctly in the config app, then press F7 to toggle between aspect ratios. Hopefully you'll find the correct aspect ratio when you try this.
