I had a screensaver launching as a custom task when using VMR9 custom, but since a new graphics card has forced me to VMR9 FSE the screen saver now just shows a box saying 'Cannot create the direct 3D device'.
I've tried the option to 'hide GBPVR' in the custom task options, but no luck.
Any ideas or workarounds?
I am running PVRX2 and UBU 2.2. When I try to start the config, I get an error:
Unhandled exception at: .ctor
Index was outside the bounds of the array
WTF does it take to get this thing to run!?!? When I try to quit, I get:
Fatal Error: Can't write error to UbubStreamConfig.exe.log
I left it to play live tv through live preview all night.
I had been using the system for a couple of hours before that.
I got up this morning and the picture was all wavy and fuzzy.
I changed channels and it kept doing it.
I tried to use the guide to change channels, and it locked up the computer.
No keyboard, no mouse.
Rebooted and it all looks fine now.

Any ideas?
So I finally got my PVR up and running though I am having problems with playing live TV, the weird thing is that when it's recording and you hit play it works fine.
A little background of my system:
Mobo: Intel DG35EC website http://www.intel.com/products/desktop/mo...erview.htm
RAM: 2GB DDR2 800Mhz
TV Tuner: Hauppauge WintTV PVR250
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8400
Software: GBPVR (latest version)
So after following the instructions on the GBPVR setup I get to the point to where I can pick a decoder but all I see is the Hauppauge, Default System, and MPEG Decoder. Neither of them seem to work and when I try to watch a show that is playing I get nothing. The screen goes black and after 2 seconds all I see is the TV guide. Strangely when I record a show and click on Play it works fine.
Hi Everyone. Brand spankin newbie with regards to GBPVR. I install the GBPVR, the Drivers for my Capture Card (Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1950 (USB))Everything appears to work correctly when I use the WinTV Application. I followed the instructions in this post http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...light=1950 and was successfully able to select the card from the drop-down menu. I also completed the rest of the configuration, I think:confused: When I start the application and click on liveTV the window hangs for a moment then does nothing and returns control to the menu screen. If someone could give me some direction, next step I would be grateful. Running System:

Western Digital 1TB SATAII, SATAII DVD-R,

I'm trying to setup 1.2.13 on XP as a client to 1.2.9 on Vista. The Vista side is working fine. I have 1.2.13 on XP configured as a client using streaming. When I start it up, it immediately jumps into the debugger.
