I don't watch encrypted channels.

When I do a channel scan a fair proportion of them are encrypted and thus are no use to me. Would it be possible to stop these channels from showing in the scan results. This would give me alot less channels to to look through and making selecting of the channels that I want alot easier.

With my DVB-T set up I get around 64 channels of which about 15 are encrypted. So it's not that bad. However when I used to use DVB-S I recived around 300 of which only about 20 I was every interested in.

I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldnt find it by searching in the forums. I have two sources and some of the channels are duplicated between them. When I import the channels using the builtin xmltv plugin, the channels are merged into 1 channel. For example, BBC World on source 1 is at channel 41 and on source 2 is at channel 1. In the combined listing, it only comes at 41 (I presume because I populated the channels for source 1 after that for source 2). How can I force GBPVR to show both channel 1 and channel 41? I guess one way would be to give the channels on source 2 some other channel id. Is this the only way?

Hi, can someone please help I am newbie, on TV live I have good video but no audio, I think I am still missing a audio decoder? and on recorded programs I am getting poor audio and no video.

Setup: v1.2.13 using Cyberlink Power Cinema.

After GameZone 2.2 and 2.3 having some fundamental issues, mainly around files that were needed to use Snapshots and XtraEmulators being omitted, I have uploaded version 2.4. I am hoping this will clear up the issues.

So really this about fulfilling on the promissed features of the last two versions.
Also, XtraEmulators uses a different way of launching the emulators from PCGames, so you may well find that what doesnt work in one may work in the other!

PLEASE PLEASE provide feedback when you find an error or issue. Also if it works for you then I need to know this TOO!

Could not find this via search - I am using the v1.2.13 and when I goto Live Tv the Picture comes up frozen, but the sound is fine, this is not a problem going from TV Guide to watch the program - I hope this is not common issue - any insight would be great - also my recordings all seem fine... Thanks for any help


Newb/Mr-Glass

I recently installed 1.2.13 on a clean machine. While tweaking I lost the ability to have GBPVR convert my .mpg to.avi. The pc nor the MVP will play the file. It just hangs. The original .mpg plays fine.
Can anyone help? My logs are attached.

New machine, loaded nvidia decoders and have them set in dvd tab to the nvidia decoders and DVD navigator - not the Nvidia navigator which crashes back to the main menu.

Anyway, the dvd comes up but the root menu is in black and white. When the dvd plays, it seems to work ok. If I play this in WMP it all works fine.
Any ideas?

Was using HDHR with 99.12 and upgraded today, but after doing so my HDHR isn't found; it doesn't even show-up under Digital Devices.

What to do--the HDHR is working fine.

I can't get a signal, and therefore no channels. I have updated my EPG, but when I attempt to "map", I get no signal and no channels. I've rebooted and reinstalled. Card is detected fine. I've selected Digital Plugin

card: Twinhan 1027 DVBS
Version: gbpvr 1.2.9
Dish Pro pnting to 119, 110 and 61.5
LOF1: 11250
switch: 0
LOF2: 14350
(can anyone verify these lof settings? this is what I use in progdvb, dvbdream and mt and they work fine)

I set up the card, updated the epg, then attempted to map. Am I missing something?
