try this...when built-in screensaver comes on, try to left click it with the mouse...
you can't catch it....hehe
it jumps to next position...every time you click...but doesn't go away....
only a right click gets it to go away...
just thought it was kinda odd...
boy i hope eventually you get a chance to make that thing right..a good screensaver with 'back to where you came from' ability would really up the WAF
I have a pvr500 and GBPVR 99.5 running. The setup has been going for almost a year. Every now and then I have 2 shows on at the same time and it has worked successfully. Last week I tried to record 2 shows and got nothing. I was trying to record Heroes and 24 on Monday and Grey's Anatomy and CSI on Thursday. Neither worked. I got no reported conflicts when it was setup and during the time I double-clicked and the taskbar icon said both shows were recording, but when I went to watch them later the 2nd show was missing. Heroes was there, but no 24. CSI, but no Grey's. I've attached my logs if someone can help me out. Thanks!
in the new gb-pvr version, the music player reads the mp3 files info directly from the id3tag. for some reason, when i enter a directory, the songs are shown not in the right order.
i have another problem with hebrew files (usually gb-pvr is the best hebrew supporting pvr program) which is shown in gibberish.
I am running GBPVR v98.13b and weather v4 from WIKI, i have found when adding cities from within the plug in GBPVR it doesnt pull all the cities as when i search in MSNBC site
Is this a limitation of how MSNBC show the list of cities or a problem in the plugin?
I notice MSNBC once inside the weather area you can search on a citiy and this pulls up the correct location once selected... could this search area be added to the plug in???
Just trying to set the Hauppauge IR blaster to control my Sky satellite box. Have done the settings and tests from the Hauppauge wizard, all working OK. Told the capture source to use .exe channel changer in GBPVR config. This all works for changing the channel, but would like to send the command to turn the Sky box on first, I assume that this a command included in the parameters field before {channel} but I have not been able to find any info as to what options there are. Does any one know the power on command to be entered for a Sky Box?
I am trying to rescan the device to add the new channels appearing on Freeview - however I always seem to get thr follwoing message: Any ideas? Also attaching the config logs
