I was wondering if anyone has a copy of GBVR 96.12 they could send me or post a link to.
I have been having problems with 97.13 and would like to downgrade back to 96.12 for now. Thanks
Evan
Could you please improve the resume-function within GB-PVR? You can watch a movie and stop..., later you can choose between "resume" or "restart".
That's really good, but: This option stays even, if you saw the whole movie, but the Playback_Position is then near the end.
Were it possible to integrate a function like "Movie watched complete: true" which will remove the entry for the Playback_Position from the database?
Ok, it's not a really important thing, but i wondered why i have the choose at a movie which my wife watched complete before
Another thing is: In the database all watched movies stay there, even if they aren't available on Harddisk any more. Perhaps these entries could be deleted too automatically (without the letters for optical drives, which are configurable within config).
This could save a little spacewasting within the database i think.
I'm getting an error "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object". It happens when I stop playback on a recording, or when I try to play music out of any of the music players. I searched and did not see anything that looked simular to my situation.
There was one note that said it was a common .net message so to attach logs so here they are. I ran a repair on .net 2.0 and it didn't seem to help.
This started occuring right after I tried to upgrade to 97.13. I tried twice and gave up, for whatever reason it just wouldn't work, after hours of fiddling. The cpu would spike to 100% and I'd get the windows error submission form in a loop I couldn't exit with out exiting gpvr. I restored back to 96.8 and these errors started although recording and actual playback work fine.
I recently decided to disable the video plugin of Video Archive since it has not yet been skinned for Sassari. Ever since I made this change I noticed that VA is no longer archiving my recordings to a secondary drive as specified in the settings. VA's videos plugin is not enabled (not checked) however the Video Archive Panel is. Also, within the VA settings menu, the "Set as Default Video Plugin" option is checked. Any suggestions?
When a file is selected in the Video Library, and the transcode option is selected, is there any reason why there is no option to select MPG ? For example, to transcode a divx avi to MPG...
Sub - could this be added fairly easily ?
The reason I ask is that I have used third party tools to convert avi files to mpg for use on the MVP, but it never seems to work properly. Doing it using a GBPVR tool *should* ensure the right audio / video settings etc are used. Also, it means its easy to do from the comfort of my arm chair !
i just wanted to ask if anybody has experience with these 2 cards in one GBPVR-System.
I used to have one PVR-150 worling reliably, but when i added the HVR-1300, i ran into some problems.
The worst being that i can't watch LiveTV or make Recordings from the PVR-150 for longer than at most 10 minutes, because after some minutes the system freezes completely (incl. mouse pointer), or i get a BSOD with a MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION.
At this time i'm only using the analog tuner part of the HVR-1300 (administered in GBPVR as "Hauppauge Roslyn"), as well as the PVR-150 tuner and the PVR-150 Composite-input + IR-Blaster.
Does anybody else have experience with this combination?
Is is possible for the internal video player in GBPVR to play OGG and NSV files? I have all the correct codecs installed, I am also using ffdshow which handles most of it for me. I can play the files in mplayer, winamp and vlc. Also, how do I get them to show up in the Video library as the filesare in the directory but they don't show up in the list? Thanks in advance
