First posting & i would like to start by saying thanks for this great program !

I recieved my card from eBay today & already decided to dump the over BLOATED Pinnacle Media Center software for Gbpvr.

After fixing the intial hiccup with BDA driver support using these forums i now have one more problem that i can't seem to fix or get answer to.

Can i get the original Pinnacle 200e remote to work with Gbpvr ?
The remotes IR reciever is built into the USB PCTV 200e tuner.

What settings do i need to use ?? USB-UIRT ??
Do i need additional software utility ?

I have tried various things but not got anywhere.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have the playback settings set to VMR 9, and have tried 7 also, but I cannot get the OSD to show up. It flashes very quickly when the I go to live TV, but after that I cannot get it to come back up. This is really the only problem I've had with this great software.

Im attemping to hook a vcr up through my pvr 250.. I added it ..but how do i tune to it?

Do anybody know the directv d100 reciever ir blaster code for use with GBpvr's .exe blaster configuration tool? I've looked everywhere and can't find it.

Hmm all of these decoders i've tried work great with live tv, but recordings skip.. Other decoders work but not as good as dscaler.... I really love how the videos turn out with dscaler.. but recordings just dont work... Anyone got any ideas of a way to make it work...I dont have any deinterlace filters set under the misc. tab.

Is there a way to tune channels with QAM128 instead of QAM64. My Cable-TV provider uses QAM128 not QAM64. Therefore I cant get any picture at all.

Is there a way to manually insert a frequency list of type like this!?

Frequency: 146Mhz
Modulation: QAM128
Symbol rate: 6900 Msymb/s

There is nothing wrong with my DVB-card configuration. It works fine with both ProgDVB and MediaPortal.

Any suggestions regarding tuning or autotuning with a frequency list or different QAM for DVB-C is helpful.

Just wanted to let everybody know there are new Theater 550 Pro drivers out today.

They are version 6.14.10.134 and are available for Windows XP and XP 64-bit.

Grab them at ATI's download page.

In my postprocessing file I see aline REM'd out that state REM recycle.exe

1) I am not familiar with recycle.exe but assume it either sends something to the recycle bin or recycle processes that are running on the PC.

2) Should it be REM'd out or active?

I seem to be having a slight problem with GBPVR and my LifeView Mini.

I recently had to rebuild my laptop and since then (and reinstalling the lifeview drivers and the latest GBPVR) the bottom of the frame seems to be missing from the "Live View".

This was working fine before rebuilding the PC - so I MIGHT have missed something when reinsalling everything but I don't think so.

The picture is fine using the LifeView TV application - it is just when using GBPVR that it is missing some of the picture.

Changing aspect ratio with F7 has no effect.

I am by no means an expert on these things - so please forgive me if the description is a bit vague.

Any help appreciated.
